SUPPORTING: Mental Illness Fellowship South Australia: RED FACES CHARITY EVENT 2011 MAY 7th

Dear Nicole,

Thank you for your sponsorship of the Red Faces 2011 event held on 7 May 2011 at the Arkaba Hotel.

The evening was a great success and I am pleased to announce that we raised in excess of $20,000.00 for MIFSA!

This would not have been possible without your generous and vital contribution.

MIFSA services and programs provide education, training and support, through rehabilitation and recovery-based programs and respite to fulfil MIFSA's vision that 'every person with mental illness is able to make a valued contribution to society without stigma or discrimination' and its mission which includes 'reaching people we haven't reached before.' MFSA has asked that I pass on their thanks and well wishes.

Thank you once again for your kind support for Red Faces 2011.

Kind Regards,

Brenton Williams

Did you know that people who walk often are more productive and are less likely to be absent or take sick-leave? Regular walking can also help relieve feelings of depression or anxiety. And it improves our environment by reducing car dependency.

So, step into Spring, put your feet first and register at walk.com.au to take part in

Cancer Council Walk to Work Day.

BACK TO NATURE AUSTRALIA HAS! and we have also donated $500 to the Cancer Council

It's so easy to participate:

If you can't walk all the way, use public transport and get off the bus, train, tram or ferry a few stops early and walk the rest of your journey

If you must drive, leave the car at least a kilometre from your destination and walk the rest of the way.

Take a half-hour walk at lunchtime and where possible, use the stairs.

If you are required to sit a lot at work, get up and walk around at least once every hour.
